Therapy Goals

Individual treatment is for individuals seeking support and a creative healing process to attain their goals. The following are examples of possible goals:

Modalities

Practice desired life roles through drama therapy techniques such as story telling and role rehearsal.

  • Use imagination, mindfulness, guided imagery, and art-making practices to facilitate self exploration and self expression.
  • Engage in structured improvisation to encourage change and promote spontaneity.
  • Cognitive therapy to change thinking and behavior.
